- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Major Cities: 4–6 business days
- Other Areas: 6–8 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 9999
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the minimum amount.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept the parcel
the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
